PEM Sheet metal Ltd provides a complete service in subcontract sheet metal work, fabrication, welding and light engineering.PEM Sheet Metal provide class leading service to the electronics, medical and defence industries. We are advanced sheet metal fabricators specialising in precision stainless, aluminium and mild steel fabrications from simple brackets through to complex metal enclosures, cabinets, sub racks and case work. We use 3D CAD with CNC punching and forming and precision welding to manufacture your products to exacting requirements, and we do it fast.
We are equally happy to cater for multinationals or individuals, and whether your requirements are for small batches, prototypes or larger production runs we can offer a rapid and flexible service to meet your exact requirements.
Based in Burnham on Crouch in Essex, England we offer a national delivery service throughout the UK. We also export to the European Union, Japan and the United States.
PEM Sheet Metal maintains an advanced 3D CAD design capability. This is enables us to design products or engineer solutions that exactly match our customers needs and to provide photorealistic images of a design for evaluation before moving to production.
We employ the latest technologies and machinery to manufacture your products. We offer CNC Punching and CNC forming - these are interfaced directly to our CAD. We have the largest sub contract precision welding capacity in Essex. We use state of the art TIG welding to produce complex fabrications and enclosures. All stages of a product’s manufacturing process is tracked via our custom manufacturing database system so we can offer full Q.A. and traceability if required.
Many of our customers are technology based companies. At PEM we recognise that no matter how well a product performs, or whatever the technology inside, the first thing your customer sees is the enclosure.
